MarkAsRd for Gmail (Beta) v1.21

MarkAsRd allows you to mark a Gmail e-mail as rd directly from the notifiion no root required . It works by intercepting and cloning the notifiion as it comes in and adding in the extra “Rd” button. MarkAsRd tries to stay out of the way by closely mimicking how your regular Gmail notifiion looks and behaves. No more relying on only Archive and Reply!
New extended notifiion mode doesn’t replace your regular gmail notifiions but instd crtes a clickable new one. This better preserves any notifiion/LED/active display settings you have on your phone (and also better syncs across devices) Try out this mode if you are having bugs!
*Currently only supports 1 Gmail Account! Multiple account support is on the way!
MarkAsRd runs in the background and also automatically starts on startup. We never store or upload any of your personal information anywhere.
Permissions:

INTERNET – To flag the email as rd

ACCOUNTS & USE CREDENTIALS – To automatically authentie you into your gmail account using Android’s build-in account manager (this is much more secure as we do not have to store or save your username/ anywhere)

NETWORK STATE – Helps us determine your internet connection stability.

CONTENT PROVIDER – Rd unrd count of your gmail account

RECEIVE BOOT COMPLETED – Allows MarkAsRd to launch on startup
